A few changes to note

We are a week into are you all doing?

In the light of this quite frankly rubbish but necessary situation, which feels like it’s turning into a Scooby Doo episode of Covid strikes again, with the famous line ‘you meddling virus’! We are pleased to announce that we will be able to trade as planned and we will be following Government advice on social distancing. Most importantly, we hope to offer you and your family an enjoyable experience this festive season.

However, this lockdown has meant a few changes.

Our pop-up stores will now be open from Thursday 26th November to Wednesday 23rd December, which means you have longer to ponder the truly important decision of which tree to pick. There will be a blog coming soon with tips on buying your tree, so be sure not to miss it.

You may decide to enjoy a lovely walk (let’s hope it’s not raining) before or after buying your tree in either Richmond, Bushy, or Greenwich Parks.

Rest assured that we will be following Government advice on social distancing and have the relevant safety measures in place (our staff will be wearing festive colourful masks...undoubtable featured on our social media accounts). For more information in this visit our Covid-19 page.

We will be open at the following times, so take note:

Richmond Park - 8am to 3:45pm

Bushy and Greenwich Parks - 8am to 5:45pm

Understandably, the Royal Parks tend to be busy on weekends, so we do recommend that if you wish to buy a tree at one of our pop-up stores, you book one of our weekday time slots to save you queuing during busy periods. This gives you the opportunity to have a consultation with a member of our lovely team in order to chat about our trees and how you can take care of them over the festive season. For more information, visit OUR TREES page on our website.

You still have the option of ordering your tree online for either click and collect (from Thursday 26th November at either of our stores) or home delivery across the UK (road trips here we come).

On the lead up to Christmas, we will be sharing festive craft and baking tutorials, facts, quotes and much more as part of our online Advent calendar. Clearly Covid is determined to ruin our fun, but we won’t let it! We will do our upmost to create a comfortable and creative atmosphere whether that be online or in our pop-up stores.

A short but sweet blog this week.

The team at On Cloud Pine are really looking forward to helping Londoners create a special and fun-filled Christmas in this challenging time.
